 Dr. Alan P. Sitron founded Sitron-Hammel Radiology Group in 1987. After receiving his M.D. degree from Albany Medical College of Union University in 1971, he interned at St. Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center, New York, NY. He continued his education at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed his Residency in Diagnostic Radiology in 1974. He served as Chief Resident at Einstein from July 1974 to July 1975 and became Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology in June 1975. Dr. Sitron's 17-plus year history as founder of Sitron-Hammel Radiology Group and a long simultaneous post as Directory of Radiology at New Island Hospital in Bethpage, NY has earned him the respect of medical professionals and patients throughtout the region. |
