| Appointments & Consultations To schedule an appointment, please call (516) 796-4340. Same day or next day appointment requests will be honored upon availability. All referral patients must have paperwork from their referring physician. New patients are always welcome. |
Cancellations If you are unable to keep an appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient. |

Telephone Calls to the Doctors If you have medical questions we will take your message and retrieve your file for review by the physician. A qualified staff member will then return your call as soon as possible. If your question is non-medical, any staff member will be pleased to assist you. Billing and Payment Policies Normally, we will bill your insurance company for services rendered. You are responsible for any deductible, unpaid balance and co-payment.
