This letter is being written to express my sincere appreciation to your receptionists, Donna and Jennifer, as well as your radiology technicians for the understanding, patience, and courteousness shown to me on Tuesday, June 4, 2002.

I have gone numerous times to your office for testing, but on this particular day, I was squeezed in for any emergency digital mammography and sonogram.  They all intuitively sensed that I was upset and handled me in a very calming manner which immediately made me feel at ease.  Donna went out of her way to all New island Medical Records for me to try to obtain previous records from Massapequa General; Jennifer helped expedite the paperwork; and the radiology technicians, which regretfully I only remember one name, Patricia, kept checking to see that I was okay.

Thank goodness everything proved to be okay.  However, your staff made a very sensitive and difficult situation extremely comfortable.  Your office and management are to be commended.
