Dear Doctors Sitron and Hammel:

I wanted to write you a short note to commend your facility and all of your staff members regarding their professionalism, compassion, and caring attitudes.  However, I would particularly like to say a few words about the technician who performed my routine mammography today.  Arlene was totally professional, accommodating, very knowledgeable, and extremely comforting to me during my exam. 

I have been a patient for many years, and I have been fortunate and blessed to be in good health.  I just wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you for not only providing a wide-range of services but for having such a caring staff member as Arlene.

Whenever I can, I always refer people I know to Sitron-Hammel and of course will continue to do so.

For myself, hopefully I will not have to return for any testing procedures until my routine mammogram next year, but if I do, I know I will be in very good hands.
